It's fall and while the leaves are turning color and the weather gets crisp and cool, we can truly say it's time for some warm and comforting foods. I was going through some of my favorite recipes and found this Pot Roast recipe by one of my favorite cooking couples - the Neely's. Pat, Gina and her brother Ronnie prepared Momma Neely's tender Old-Fashioned Pot Roast with Roasted Garlic Fingerling Potatoes. Let's celebrate the new season with some good old-fashioned cooking.
